    Do these tools have a OE fluid guide, such as how many quarts of oil a certain car takes? I know snap on tools do, I couldn't find it on this one.

     No , but while under free update period , I think you can click the Maxi fix tab and you can access a community contributed data base that might provide some helpful information working on the same car having same DTC
